About Claudia.
Claudia is a country and pop artist who began songwriting at the age of 7 in her hometown of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. At 12 she began performing live, developing her skills as a singer and guitarist through hundreds of local gigs, both acoustically and with bands.
At 14 she was nominated for the WAM Song of the Year Award with an original acoustic demo, and around that time started a YouTube channel which has accumulated over 1.5 million views. Her catchy melodies and honest lyrics have gathered her an international audience online.
Her debut six-song EP Fugitive was followed by the country single Phantom, a step up in production and musicianship, mastered in Nashville. Phantom charted on triple j Unearthed at #2 on both the overall and pop charts.
After touring the Tamworth Country Music Festival she released the single Attention, which peaked at number 12 in the Kix Country Radio Hottest 20 and was nominated for WAM Country Song of the Year. Her single Too Far Gone, written and co-produced by Claudia, has been described as a perfect blend of Nashville songwriting and LA pop hooks, peaking at #2 on the iTunes charts on release day and followed by a sold-out launch show at the Civic Hotel.
